Mt. Rushmore Jewelry is very satisfied with performance of VDK1000 and customer service provided by CST LLC.  VDK1000 is very user friendly.  Production parameter changes, tray set-ups and updates can all be done while the machine is running.  Changes within the data base can be done at anytime and they take effect immediately.  Very little maintenance is required.  In addition, while the machine is in operation, operator’s time can be spent on other activities.  Consistency in quality and material removal is also one of the main advantages that VDK 1000 provides to our manufacturing process.  Last but not least, the machine has yet to call in sick!
